Fresh produce, local honey, handmade crafts - is there anything better than wandering down through the booths of your local farmers market? In the words of Lewis Grizzard, “It’s difficult to think anything but pleasant thoughts while eating a homegrown tomato.”
As much as I love getting out in the Florida sunshine and supporting our local community, remembering which farmers market is on which day can be tricky to track. That’s why I tossed together this list of some of my favorite spots.
Every Saturday & Sunday in Downtown Melbourne from 10am-3pm, over 75 local vendors get together. You’ll find everything from furniture to organic dog treats! If you’re like me and always seem to forget to have cash, they even have an ATM.

One farmers market. Two great locations. You can catch the Space Coast Farmers Market every Saturday in Cocoa Beach from 10am-4pm or every Sunday in Rockledge from 10am-3pm. Make sure to try some unique treats like a slice of the “St. Louis Gooey Butter Cake” or “JJ’s Maple Cotton Candy”!

Can’t bear to leave your four legged friend at home? Rockledge Gardens is dog friendly! (*leash required please) Every Wednesday and Saturday from 10am-3pm you can pick up some awesome produce from local Florida and North Carolina growers. (Insider tip: The second Saturday of every month is “Farm & Friends Market” which has extra vendors and crafters!)

For my North Brevard dwelling friends, check out the Titusville Farmers Market every Sunday & Monday from 10am-4pm. On Sundays the market is outdoors, but on Monday you can beat the heat indoors (by Bealls).

My beachside friends just can’t stop buzzing about the Satellite Beach Farmers Market! Every Thursday from 10am-5pm at Pelican Beach Park you will find specialty “from the ground” products, along with soaps, herbs, olives, and more. If you’re suffering from seasonal allergies I recommend the local raw honey. Ingesting local honey is thought to make you less-sensitive to the pollen resulting in fewer allergy symptoms!

Okay so maybe Renninger’s is a little more than a farmers market. Operating as “The Space Coast’s Largest Open Air Shopping Attraction” since 1987, Renninger’s Flea and Farmers Market is a Brevard staple. With more than 800 booths covering 2.4 miles, there is something for everyone! You can stop by rain or shine every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday between 9am-4pm. If you’re looking for a little holiday fun, on April 16th between 11am-3pm hop on over and visit the Easter Bunny!
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 9am-4pm
